Failed to connect to the server ?

Im always getting this message: Failed to connect to the server Connection timed out: connect

Is there an easy solution?

if you read suggestions it say that you cant get on if you are not a member yet

ask one of the kings to make sure your a member of the server(i had this problem on my friends server)
