New city idea: Lexaion city
Since, Imperial city is the only city, I think, I belive their should be a new city. Maybe a colonial town of the empire, but anyway, I propose lexaion city. It should be far away from imperial city, but not too incredibly far. Maybe a minecart subway system should connect it. A cool name for the empire should be the imperialists. Anyway, does anyone want to join lexaion city?
Maybe it could have a democraticly voted leadership, or become a mighty fortress city.

@fortress city, sounds like a good idea, you could station soldiers and workers there and have a Garrison escort materials to the Imperial city. Eventually all workers (miners mainly) would have to move to other locations due to minerals running short around the Imperial city.
Instead of a full city being built you could just build a blacksmith, small medical building and lumber mill as well as a fort and significant wall structure to keep it safe. That would make it a forward fort, but the Imperial city should defiantly be the largest city in the realm where all can gather and where most materials are sent, leaving enough at the Lexaion city for the medic, weapons/tool replacements and building repairs.
If a rail road connects the two then it would be a good place to store materials as well, instead of the squad having to return to the main city every day, you could fill a storage locker there and transport the materials by train.
I definitely think we should have forward areas with either small forts to store mats for transport and when we get far enough from the Imperial city then a settlement could be built as a fortress or its own town.
Anyone know what the go is with land purchase for building ones own house, cause the Lexaion city would make a good place to settle if you didn't have enough money to buy in the imperial.

yea, i like the idea of smaller cities or forts a long distance from the imperial city that work as hubs for storage and supplies
Ive been thinking of building a new city in my world and blowing parts of it up to make it look like a deserted creeper destroyed town.
Maybe a few holes in the walls and some blown out sections of towers. might do that when my mordorish wall is complete.

Why not make two underground railroads:
- One for people transportation
-One for transporting goods
Maybe something for the redstone engineers to make a nice program to make it switch railroad automatically

easy, stone plates, or cheat hax with craftbook plug-in lol.
My rail system is usually 2 separate tracks, 1 for storage and 1 for me
but considering there will be more then 1 person, 3 railroads may be required, 1 for there, one for back and one for loot
don't want 2 players crashing mid train ride and getting stuck lol
a different option would to have 1 track that has a train that always travels back and forth, instead of a cart dispersing station.

Good idea! It would be cool if there were other large cities in the world, but Imperial City should defiantly be the capital. If you give me a cartographer map or something I could make a travelers map >.>.

i like the idea, but its all words on a forum until the server is back up. i applied as a miner and would like to bring some riches to the kingdom asap! plz, if you can, contact whoever starts/stops the server and tell them to PM me if they are having trouble!
